New and seasoned managers approach us for behind the scenes support with change management, lean implementation, performance challenges, and employee engagement. We offer a range of in-person coaching solutions and remote options for emergency and long term opportunities.

Performance Improvement

Performance is communication. Our clients trust us to help define what their customers (and employees) expect and to create a goal driven performance improvement strategy. We use a lean process improvement approach to change clients’ organizational culture and sustain improvements beyond our initial engagement.

Training - Human Capital development

We are successful when you no longer need us. So, all GETSolutions engagements include some human capital development (training). Our adaptable HCD programs focus on “identity formation” through competency, performance, and recognition. Programs range from weeks long physical process simulations, to interactive group sessions, and one-on-one problem based learning.

Research

GETSolutions was created when a traditional university research group identified a gap between “state of the art” research results and the “state of practice.” We lead research studies around employee burnout, lean implementation and success, and performance management. Our clients approach us to investigate persistent challenges (e.g. unsuccessful change management, unexplained client attrition, or unreliable performance). Our work is published in several journals and conference proceedings.
